Genuto may be Barry’s maiden voyage into the foray of ice cream production, but it has all the trappings and substance of a venture launched by a true veteran in this arena. I am grateful and gleeful to have had the extraordinary privilege to sample and savor the entire Genuto line and am consistently wowed by Barry’s inventive, textured, and rich and deliciously creamy creations I particularly like the fact that it’s a guilt/lactose/gluten free indulgence. Setting a new standard for non-dairy frozen desserts, Genuto thrills the palate with its richness, luscious texture and full flavor. It is, simply put, the best.
